Made it for now.
Sore nose, drippage. Bloodclots not good at this time, healing tissue yes-bloodclots, no. He said it's practically perfect. I had hardly ANY breathing room out the left side. The right had polypy mass and was overlarge. Allergies can over time do that. Or some inflammation! Just pray I can breathe better and no infections would be a miracle.
